The WFBA has been set up as an association to promote and develop the knowledge and skills of Farriers & Blacksmiths in the Welsh community in cooperation with the new facilities invested in by The Royal Welsh Agricultural Society at the showground in Llanelwedd.
The WFBA are holding seminars, competitions and lectures aimed at developing the skills of apprentices and assisting qualified farriers gain CPD points (Continual Professional Development).
We are curently recruiting new members and one of the benefits of membership are discounted rates for such events. Membership fees are £20 for qualified farriers and £10 for apprentices, please contact Mr Mark Davies for details.
