Trustees
They are responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of the charity. They ensure the organisation operates effectively, remains financially sustainable, and fulfils its charitable purposes.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Setting the Organisation's vision, goals, and policies
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
- Managing resources responsibly (including finances and staff/volunteers)
- Acting in the Organisation's best interests and safeguarding its reputation
- Monitoring performance and making informed decisions
Our Trustees serve on a voluntary basis and work collectively as part of a board.
